The services and products of Evolución Educación are provided by CONMEBOL.
The Terms of Use govern the website (https://evolucion.conmebol.com), the applications, and other related products and services.
The services offered on this platform may include programs to download to your computer, phone, tablet, or other device. By accepting the terms and conditions, you accept automatic updates to the program. By accessing the platform and clicking accept, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us. Using our services implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
In general, anyone over 18 who accepts these terms and conditions may use the services provided by the EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN platform. However, CONMEBOL may, at any time and without prior notice, establish restrictions for certain content. CONMEBOL reserves the right of admission and the right to cancel subscriptions. Creating your personal Evolución account implies complying with the resulting obligations, and the information provided is taken as a sworn statement from you.
Subject to the terms and conditions and all regulations (including the Acceptable Use Policy, Honor Code, and course-specific suitability requirements and other terms detailed at the end of this document), EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services.
The content is for personal use only and may not be used commercially.
Your username and password are strictly personal, and any activity carried out from that account is your responsibility. Acceptance implies that you must not share it with third parties. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, or reschedule any course or modify its content, or the numerical value or weighting of any assignment, quiz, or assessment method. The courses offered are subject to the Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability sections below.
As a general rule, EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN courses do not grant university credits.
However, EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN may enter into agreements to grant credits, which will be explicitly indicated, mentioning the institution involved. Granting credits for one institution does not imply acceptance by other institutions.
Participation in any EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN course may not be interpreted as:
(a) establishing relationships between the participant and the educational institution associated with EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN;
(b) enrollment on the platform granting student status, enrollment rights, or similar rights at institutions associated with the platform;
(c) authorizing the student to use course materials for purposes unrelated to the academic ones.
The services allow you to share with EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN, instructors, and/or other users class content such as assignments, quizzes, exams, projects, and other tasks within the course curriculum, comments posted in forums, and “likes” within the platform.
The intellectual property rights of the work belong to the student, who is responsible for the content and opinions expressed. EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN may use them at no cost for non-commercial purposes, for academic publications, or to share in courses, being only obliged to acknowledge the author.
User academic content grants EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN a worldwide, transferable, free, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to copy, distribute, modify, and create derivative works; to perform and display publicly; and for any other use of the user content.
This license includes authorization for EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN to sublicense the user content.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN is open to receiving suggestions, ideas, comments, or other feedback related to the Services ("Feedback"), which is welcome. By providing it, the user grants an unrestricted right to implement and/or use it, which in no case entitles the user to financial compensation.
The right to accept feedback is the exclusive right of EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN and cannot be interpreted as an obligation.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN has acceptable IT security measures in place on its platforms; however, if for any reason you suspect that your account and/or information may have been compromised, inform us immediately at evolucion@conmebol.com. EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN cannot be held liable for information leaks.
Through the services, you may access and/or use academic content provided by instructors, other users, and third parties, as well as links to websites and services maintained by third parties. EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN cannot guarantee that such third-party content, within the Services or elsewhere, is free from material you may find objectionable or inappropriate, or from malware or other contaminants that could damage your computer, mobile device, or any files it contains. EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN disclaims any liability related to your access or use of such third-party content.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN respects the intellectual property rights of our users, participating institutions, and other third parties and expects our users to do the same when using the services. EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN has adopted and implemented its Copyright and Trademark Policy in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN is committed to advancing the science of education and teaching, so records of your participation in courses may be used for educational research. Course content may be varied when doing so improves educational quality. Research results may be shared globally. Your personal identity will not be publicly disclosed in the results unless expressly authorized.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN offers paid services (e.g., Course Certificates in certain courses) for which a price will be set. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are expressed in U.S. dollars.
The student is responsible for paying the price on time and in the manner previously established.
If your payment method fails or your account is expired, other collection mechanisms may be used.
Fees may vary depending on your location and other factors. EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN reserves the right to change any fee at any time at its discretion. However, all changes, updates, or modifications will be published 15 days in advance and will become effective immediately after that period. Refunds may be available for paid services as described in our Refund Policy.
Like any platform, we are constantly changing to improve services, so features, characteristics, or requirements may be added or removed, and a service may be suspended or stopped entirely. Consequently, EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN, at its sole discretion, may suspend the use of any Service without cause. If a paid service is suspended, a refund may be issued in accordance with the Refund Policy. EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN, its partner institutions and instructors, its collaborators, sponsors, and other business partners, as well as its employees, contractors, and other agents, will in no case be liable to you for such action.
The services and all included content are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty. EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN specifically disclaims any warranty or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage. EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN also assumes no responsibility related to your access to or use of the services or any related content. You acknowledge and agree that any access or use of the services or such content is at your own risk.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; any loss of profits or revenues, whether direct or indirect; or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
(a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services;
(b) conduct or content of any party not related to EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN, including, without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct; or
(c) unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your content or information.
In no event will EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN’s total liability for all claims relating to the services exceed ONE THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS (USD 1,000) or the amount EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN has received for providing services during the last six months, whichever is greater.
The user acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth here represent a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN and the parties, and that these limitations are the essential basis for EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN’s ability to make the services available on an economically viable basis.
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN, its officers, instructors, and partners from any claims, liability, expenses, and damages, including attorneys’ fees and costs, made by third parties related to:
(a) the use or attempted use of the Services in violation of these Terms;
(b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or
(c) User Content, including, without limitation, any claim of infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
The services are managed by CONMEBOL, located at Autopista Silvio Pettirossi y Valois Rivarola, Luque, Paraguay. You agree that any dispute related to these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Paraguay, excluding its conflict of law provisions. You expressly accept the personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue of the federal and state courts located in and serving Paraguay as the legal forum for such disputes. Except for claims seeking injunctive or other equitable relief, for claims related to the services where the total amount sought is less than 100 U.S. dollars (USD 100), you and EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN may choose at any time during the dispute to resolve it through binding arbitration without appearing in person. The dispute will be resolved by an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider chosen by mutual agreement between you and EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN. The parties and the selected ADR provider will not involve any in-person appearances by the parties or witnesses unless otherwise agreed; instead, arbitration will be conducted online, by phone, or in writing, at the option of the party seeking relief. Any judgment rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN reserves the right to revise the Terms at any time. Revisions will be published and communicated to users immediately. After 72 hours from publication on the website, users cannot claim ignorance of the changes.
If any provision of this document is declared null, the remainder is unaffected and will continue to apply and be enforced as appropriate.
Participating institutions of EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN are third-party beneficiaries of the Terms and they apply to them.
The mission of EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN is to transform how today’s and future professionals develop their skills. We want our students and instructors to feel safe and comfortable using our Services. EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN may monitor, remove, or edit content provided by users as well as inappropriate activities.
The following is prohibited:
Sharing illegal content or content that encourages illegal activities.
Sharing content that contains threats or incites acts of violence.
Sharing content contrary to good conduct or containing discriminatory material.
Sharing content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You must cite sources or owners.
Sending spam to others.
Sending spam as well as advertising, promotional content, or irrelevant or inappropriate solicitations.
Taking actions against local, state, national, or international laws and breaching any of your contractual or fiduciary obligations.
Sharing your password, allowing third parties to access your account, or taking actions that could endanger your account or access third-party accounts.
Reproducing, transferring, selling, reselling, or misusing content from the EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN Platform.
Accessing, tampering with, or making changes to the platforms without authorization.
Bypassing security measures or performing reverse engineering on systems or networks.
Interfering with any user, host, or network by sending viruses, overloading, spamming, or mail bombing.
Using our Services to distribute malware.
Using a false identity or documents to misrepresent affiliation with EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN.
Aiding or abetting anyone engaging in any of the activities listed above.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN respects the intellectual property rights of partner institutions, instructors, and third parties, and expects users to do the same when using the Services.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN reserves the right to suspend, disable, or delete the accounts of users who infringe or are repeatedly accused of infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
If you believe materials appearing in the Services infringe your copyright, please submit a request asking that they be removed or access to them blocked, including all documentation supporting your alleged right.
The notice must include the following:
A handwritten or digitally signed (verified) claim from the owner of the alleged intellectual property right. If represented by counsel, documentation proving such representation must be attached.
The claim must identify the copyrighted work alleged to have been infringed (or, if multiple copyrighted works within the Services are covered by one notice, a representative list of such works).
The name, address, phone number, and email address (if available) of the complaining party.
Notices must meet the requirements set by EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN. Notices and remedies related to the Services may be sent by email to partners@techpanedu.com.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN respects third-party trademark rights. Accounts containing content that deceives others or violates others’ trademarks may be updated, suspended, disabled, or canceled by EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN at its sole discretion.
If you suspect someone may be using your trademark and infringing our Services in any way, please send us an email at partners@techpanedu.com.
If there is suspicion that you have violated the EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN Honor Code or the Terms of Use, you will not be entitled to a refund or compensation for paid courses.
If you do not pass a course or specialized program, or receive an unsatisfactory grade in any of them, you will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.

All students participating in an Evolución Educación program must accept and adhere to the following code of conduct:
Each person may register using only one account.
I commit to completing assignments, quizzes, and exams on my own, except for tasks that explicitly allow collaboration with others.
I will never provide solutions to assignments, quizzes, exams, projects, or other tasks to third parties unless explicitly permitted to do so.
I will not engage in plagiarism, copy assignments, or participate in activities that dishonestly improve my results or dishonestly improve or harm the results of others.
The "Legal Notice" governing use of the service at https://evolucion.conmebol.com provided by EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN to Internet users applies in full and is hereby reproduced in its entirety.
Purpose of the information:
The requested personal data will be used to provide the user with information about requested careers, courses, and programs, as well as other activities related to EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN.
The data being processed will not be used for purposes other than or incompatible with those for which it was obtained and will be used solely by My Tech Plan Sociedad Limitada for EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN.
By providing their personal data, Users authorize EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN to provide information it deems may be of interest to them, including advertising and information about its programs, courses, and extension activities, by any means. If you do not wish to receive it, please write to partners@techpanedu.com.
The user grants informed consent about:
The existence of a database: data collected through the corresponding forms will be incorporated into an EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN database.
Users have the right to unsubscribe from the database. If Users do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, they may duly notify EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN, which will cease such communications as soon as possible.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN complies with legally required personal data protection in accordance with Paraguayan regulations and implements technical protection measures.
However, the User must be aware that Internet security measures are not infallible and there is a risk, which the User accepts.
EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability for damages of any kind that may occur. In all respects, the "Legal Notice" governing the use of the service at https://evolucion.conmebol.com provided by EVOLUCIÓN EDUCACIÓN to Internet users will apply.
